Return Policy

To ensure a satisfactory purchase experience, we recommend that site users and Glamour Gems buyers confirm their orders before placing them. We provide various size charts on our website for your convenience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn products and broke products sent from our side, and defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn. If you receive a defective item, please inform us within 12 hours. For any return of product opening video of received parcel is must.

Note: We don't guarantee the quality of our products. Our products should not come in contact with water, perfumes, sanitizers and other chemicals.

How To Return

To initiate a return, please fill the return form below and mention the reason for the return. Please send the product via courier or speed post, along with the purchase invoice, courier receipt, and original packaging, to the following .

Please note that return courier charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and issue you a refund within 10 days. Any charges above the product price (such as shipping or COD charges) are non-refundable. Please note that items purchased using coupon codes or store credit are non-returnable. We will provide a replacement if the product is damaged during courier transit. Please make a video while opening the package, as we will only provide a replacement for the same product if you have video proof.  COD charges and Shipping charges i.e. Rs.500 are not refundable in any case. International orders, Rakhi purchases, promotional items, gift box and sale items are not returnable/refundable.
